Terms of Service

These terms apply when you pre-order the Sunday Biryani Bucket from Genghiz ("Genghiz", "we", "us") through this website. By placing a pre-order you agree to them.

What you are ordering

The Sunday Biryani Bucket serves 4 – 5 people and is prepared fresh in our Perungudi, Chennai kitchen for the Sunday you order for. Pre-orders are open throughout the week until the cutoff shown on the page. The price shown is per bucket, in Indian rupees, and the price at the time you order is the price you pay.

Paying and confirming your order

You pay online when you place your pre-order. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds. We use a third-party payment provider and do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Delivery

After you order, our team contacts you on the mobile number you gave to arrange delivery. Please give a number you can answer. We deliver to nearby locations around Perungudi, Chennai, and we will tell you if your address is outside the area we can reach.

Cancellations

Every bucket is made specially for the Sunday you choose, so pre-orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are placed. See the Cancellation and refunds page.

Availability

We make a limited number of buckets each Sunday. We may close ordering early when we reach that number, or stop taking orders for a Sunday for reasons outside our control.

Food and allergies

Our biryani is made in a kitchen that handles meat, dairy, nuts and spices. If you have an allergy, tell our team before your order is prepared.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
