Cancellations
You pay when you pre-order, and each bucket is prepared specially for the Sunday you chose. For that reason, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are placed. Please check the number of buckets and your mobile number before you pay.
If something goes wrong on our side
If your payment is taken but you do not see an order confirmation, or you are charged more than once for the same order, write to us with your mobile number and the payment reference. We will look into it and put it right.
If we are unable to prepare or deliver your bucket, our team will contact you.
How refunds are paid
When we agree a refund, it goes back to the same account or card you paid with. The time it takes to show up depends on your bank.
