This explains what Genghiz collects when you pre-order the Sunday Biryani Bucket on this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name and mobile number, which you type into the order form.
- What you ordered: the number of buckets, the Sunday it is for, the price, the time of the order and your order code.
- Payment status from our payment provider (paid, failed, refunded). We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Delivery details you give our team when they contact you.
Why we use it
- To prepare and deliver your order, and to call you about it.
- To keep records of orders and payments, and to deal with problems with an order.
- To run the business: for example, how many buckets to prepare for a Sunday.
We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages unless you agree to receive them.
Who can see it
Our owner and kitchen team see your order. Kitchen staff see your name, number and quantity only, not the payment details. Our website and database are hosted by service providers (Vercel and Supabase), and payments are handled by our payment provider. They process your details for us to run the service.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounts, tax and dealing with any problems, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law lets us. Write to us using the details on the Contact page.
